Printable Emotional Gauge

The Emotional Gauge is a tool to support emotional regulation and development in a family. 

Sometimes children and parents struggle to understand how they are feeling. By using this simple tool as a guide or the associated 'how i am felling infographic (also available), children and adults use colours in association with feelings, this helps with regulation as children gain more insight into how they are feeling and how others can feel, thus promoting empathy and emotional/behavioural development and growth.
